Set in a beautiful home in the mountains of Evergreen, just outside of Denver, this semi-formal cocktail party will feature current and former Eagles from the men's and women's USA National Rugby teams.
Rugby Colorado will be offering a Level 150 Coaching Course at Wheat Ridge High School on Sunday, Sept 21, at 8:00am. The course will last approximately 4 hours and costs $30.
Colorado has a large need for youth coaches and this is the entry or introductory level course for coaching contact rugby.
The Denver Barbarians Rugby Football Club announced a new partnership with the Denver Lions Youth Rugby Club.
The Denver Lions is a member club of Rugby Colorado’s TRY Youth Rugby League, encouraging all kids to give rugby a try. The Lions were founded by Barbo Old Boy Jamie Graves in 2006 and is currently operated by Graves along with Paul Petitt, Rick Kratzer and Bret Hann, another Barbo Old Boy.
The Glendale Rugby Football Club will run its Fall After-School Program from Sept. 2 to Oct. 23, 2014. The program is for both boys and girls, kindergarten to eighth grade. Players will be placed in different age groups and ability levels.
Former Littleton Eagles HS boys player and current coach Cody Melphy has been called up to play for the U.S.A. Stars 7s Rugby team traveling to the Central Coast Sevens tournament (Australia) in October.
